How long will it take to get my items?
We ship all items within 7 working days or less and items typically take 10-20 days to arrive once shipped.

Missty.com ships to virtually every country in the world, including all of North America and Europe.
How do I track my order once I’ve placed my order?
We offer comprehensive, fast customer service to all our customers. Once you’ve placed your order, log in to My Account and under Recent Orders  click on View to see details of your order.



From the detailed order page, you can easily review order details and track order progress.



An item was lost or damaged during shipping
If your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service photographs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. Please also provide “Proof of Damage” documentation from your courier.
